Adventures are transferable to other HerScape Adventures if request is made 90 days before the trip.
- Cancellations made 90 days or more before the adventure start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 89 to 60 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 59 to 30 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund but will receive a 75% adventure credit for future use with HerScape Adventures, LLC.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Adventure credits must be used within 24 months from the date of issue. No refunds or credits will be issued for participants who fail to show up or who leave an adventure early for any reason.
Changes and Cancellations by HerScape Adventures, LLC HerScape Adventures, LLC reserves the right to alter or cancel an adventure due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient participation. In such cases, participants will be offered the option of rescheduling, receiving an adventure credit, or obtaining a full refund.
