Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Terms: A deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The
remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified deadline for each adventure. Extensions maybe granted on a case by case by basis. Bookings made less than 60 days before the start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2. Travel Insurance: All participants are advised to have their own travel insurance prior to the start of the
adventure. HerScape Adventures, LLC is not responsible for any costs related to medical emergencies,
trip interruptions, cancellations, or lost or stolen belongings. Please ensure your travel insurance covers

3. Liability: HerScape Adventures, LLC takes every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety during
our adventures. However, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in outdoor
activities. By booking with us, you agree to release HerScape Adventures, LLC and its employees from
any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the adventure, except in cases of
gross negligence or willful misconduct. A hiking waiver must be signed before each adventure.

4. Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness and readiness for the
activities described in the itinerary. It is essential to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions,
allergies, or dietary restrictions during the booking process. HerScape Adventures, LLC reserves the
right to deny participation to individuals deemed unfit for the adventure without refund. Safety protocols
must be followed at all times, and participants must adhere to the instructions provided by our guides.

5. Travel Documentation: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel
documentation, including valid passports, visas, permits, and identification. HerScape Adventures, LLC
is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by missing or incorrect documentation.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Adventures are transferable to other HerScape Adventures if request is made 90 days before the trip.
● Cancellations made 90 days or more before the adventure start date are eligible for a full refund.
● Cancellations made 89 to 60 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
● Cancellations made 59 to 30 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund but will receive a
75% adventure credit for future use with HerScape Adventures, LLC.
● Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Adventure credits must be used within 24 months from the date of issue. No refunds or credits will be issued
for participants who fail to show up or who leave an adventure early for any reason.
6a. Changes and Cancellations by HerScape Adventures, LLC, reserves
the right to alter or cancel an adventure due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to
weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient participation. In such cases, participants will be
offered the option of rescheduling, receiving an adventure credit, or obtaining a full refund.

7. Acknowledgment and Agreement: By booking an adventure with HerScape Adventures, LLC, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

These terms are binding and apply to all participants in your booking.
